Our History

  • 1998 : Start-up FPE (Fire Protection Engineering) “fire expertise services”, a set of automated solutions for fire prevention and intervention.
  • 2002: Move from a service to a software company and name changed into IOS International nv (Information On the Spot). Evolution from customization into Research & Development of a technology platform, IOS.
  • 2003: Launch IOS Fire V1, first marketed in Belgium, later also in Germany, France and The Netherlands.
  • 2005: Launch IOS V2, completely new and state of the art multi-layer JAVA platform.
  • 2006: Crossing the chasm from R&D to the market. Built-up references.
  • 2007: Launch IOS V2.5 with multiple modules, in combination with IOS Publisher for emergency response
  • 2008: Launch IOS V2.6 Client-Server edition
