Fire Safety

 

What to do in case of fire? Does the fire department have an up-to-date intervention dossier of your company? Have you delivered the structured data? Which information has to be collected to create this dossier? Does each section of your company have all the necessary evacuation plans?

 

IOS Fire Safety can be used to collect, adjust and process relevant fire prevention data “on the spot”: graphicly map all the fire safety elements (e.g. extinguishers, fire reel etc.), then complete the necessary information by means of the question lists and visualise by means of media (photos, comments etc). This information can be reported into a fire intervention dossiers and fire evacuation plans (drawn up in rtf-format, to open with MS Word or Open Office) and can also be electronic exchanged with the fire departments.

The IOS Fire Safety domain contains the IOS Intervention module and the IOS Evacuation module.

The IOS Fire Safety software is multi-language (currently delivered with a Dutch, French, German and English user interface language). Above that the IOS Fire Intervention module is also multi-regional (adjusted to the standards in Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Germany, with according icons and procedures).

IOS Fire Safety gives you the possibility to draw up - very simple and fast - intervention dossiers and evacuation plans and to keep them up-to-date.

An Intervention card in A3-format (R/V) with all the necessary information for the first intervention team of the internal and/or external fire department.

IOS Example : VTP A3

VTP A3 (Voorafgaandelijk Tussenkomst Plan) is an IOS Intervention report in A3-format (R/V) with intervention information such as objects, persons, dangerous products, special risks, incidents and plans, gathered with the module IOS Fire.
