There are all kinds of internal controls that can be done and external audits that need to be supported. IOS Inspection can help you with these inspections, for example making an inventory of the fire extinguishers, not only for maintenance and internal inspections, but also for the internal intervention crew or for example your insurance agent.

IOS Inspection is an extension, like an umbrella over all the intelligence modules (e.g. IOS Fire Intervention, IOS Intrusion), and it can be used to inspect/control objects within a specific intelligence domain e.g. inspection of fire extinguishers (Fire Intervention) or control of camera's (Intrusion).

The inspection module allows the user to extract by the use of filters specific objects to be inspected. The inspection controls are dependant of the frequency and can in this way vary according to the moment of inspection.

The inspection round can be downloaded to a tablet PC to allow a visual orientation to the inspector.

A full inventory of e.g. fire intervention equipment is done on a PC and an inspection round is created through the inspection extension. This inspection round is then passed on to a tablet PC or E-pad, to carry out the inspection round on the spot, after which the information will be submitted back to the central PC.

The results are afterwards uploaded to the IOS project and - thanks to time- and date stamps - give a detailed history with all the necessary comments, photo's, etc. for each object on the drawing board.

For each customer, an Inspection Customization will be provided. IOS imports a set of existing electronic data (chosen question lists and proper pictograms), so that the inspection extension is totaly adjusted at your desire.
