What to do with a burglary? Which information, regarding the installation and the maintenance of the burglary alarm system, has to be collected in the prevention phase? How can you best estimate the safety requirements and make a design of the burglary alarm system?

IOS Physical Security can be used for a full inventory of the safety information regarding intrusion, camera-safety and access control. Graphicly map all the safety elements (e.g. cameras, detectors, sirens etc.), then complete the necessary information by means of the question lists and visualise by means of media (photos, comments etc). This information can be reported into a full intrusion dossier (drawn up in rtf-format, to open with MS Word or Open Office) and a Key Plan, which can also be electronicly exchanged with safety departments.

	IOS Example: Intrusion Dossier A full dossier in A4 format for the security department, with all the necessary information of a specific site/sector/building/floor, according to the symbols of the specification of the T015 ANPI*, that of which the registered installers of systems in Belgium need to follow. 	IOS Example: Key Plan An A4 document with all necessary information regarding key management (keys, access, applicances, owners) from 1 specific building, devided into a legend and a plan per floor.
